At Riverbanks RV Resort, we value our peaceful country atmosphere, clean facilities, and the safety of our guests. These rules are in place to maintain a welcoming and enjoyable environment for everyone staying with us.
By booking a stay at Riverbanks RV Resort, all guests agree to abide by the following policies. Failure to do so may result in fines, eviction, or loss of reservation privileges without refund.

By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Riverbanks RV Resort, LLC for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Riverbanks RV Resort, LLC from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property.

Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Riverbanks RV Resort, LLC reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.

Damages or excessive cleaning fees can be charged to guest even after departure. Park will notify guest within 48 hours if such fees are applied. Riverbanks RV Resort, LLC reserves the right to charge the payment method the guest provided at checkout.
Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly resort, but pets must be walked on a leash, when not inside The Bark Park. Guest are responsible for cleaning up after their pet/pets and may not disturb other guests. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds. No aggressive dogs are allowed in The Bark Park without their owner or while other guest are using The Bark Park. -
Cancelling your reservation on the day of or 3 days in advance of your stay will result in no refund.

There will be no refunds after you have checked in, for inclement weather, failure to follow the Rules & Regulations, or disorderly conduct. Manager/Owner reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds.

Fires are permitted in established fire pits only (as long as a burn ban is not in place). Fires must be completely extinguished when unattended. Be responsible!

Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

All personal property brought into the Riverbanks RV Resort, LLC is at the guest’s risk and Riverbanks RV Resort, LLC management shall bear no responsibility for the damage, loss or theft of such property. All campers assume the responsibility of maintaining proper insurance on their RV & personal property. We are not responsible for any damage to any RV or personal property for any reason including an act of God (i.e. wind, lightning, hail, fallen branches, trees, embers that drift onto property, etc.) accident, fire or vandalism.
